How your order reaches you

Simple, honest terms. Everything is packed fresh at our Chennai home kitchen and sent out as quickly as we can.

Dispatch times

Orders confirmed on WhatsApp are packed fresh and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Within Chennai: usually delivered the same day or the next day.
Rest of India: usually 3–5 working days, depending on your pincode.
Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Free delivery on orders above ₹500.
Below ₹500, we confirm the exact delivery charge for your pincode in the WhatsApp chat before you pay.
Nothing is charged until you have seen and approved the total.

Every pack is filled and sealed at our home kitchen in Chennai, in small batches, under our FSSAI licence.
Powders go into food-grade, resealable barrier pouches that keep the aroma in and moisture out.

Please record one clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the outer parcel is still sealed until every pack is opened. This video is required for any damage claim.
Send the video along with photos of the damaged pack on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we see the video, we replace the affected pack free of cost or refund it — whichever you prefer.
Without an unboxing video we are unable to process a damage claim, as we cannot verify where the damage happened.

Every batch is freshly prepared for your order, so changes can be made on WhatsApp only before preparation begins. Once your order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Being a fresh food product, packs cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, except in the damage case above.
Wrong item delivered? Message us with a photo and we will send the correct pack at no extra cost.
