Your details stay with us
We are a small home kitchen in Chennai. We only ask for what we need to get your order to your door.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and delivery address — shared by you when you place an order.
- Your email address, only if you choose to write to us.
- The details of what you ordered, so we can pack it correctly and help you reorder.
What we do with it
- We use it to confirm your order, pack it and deliver it to you.
- We may message you on WhatsApp about that order — confirmation, dispatch and delivery updates.
- Your address is shared with the delivery service handling your parcel, and with nobody else.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
- We never store card, UPI PIN or bank login details. Payments are made directly by you and we only see that the amount has arrived.
- We do not send bulk marketing messages unless you have asked to hear from us.
This website
- The site does not ask you to create an account or log in.
- Order details you type on the order page stay in your browser until you send them to us on WhatsApp.
- Your conversation with us on WhatsApp is protected by WhatsApp's own end-to-end encryption.
Your choices
- You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- You can ask us to delete your details, and we will — except where we must keep an order record for tax purposes.
