Questions
- Do I need an account or card?
- No. Everything happens on WhatsApp. We track your orders by your phone number.
- How is the 5th-order gift worked out?
- We add up your previous 4 orders. Your 5th order then gets the gift for that total, as shown above.
- Do Refill Club members get the milestone gift too?
- Yes. Every refill counts as an order, so members earn milestone gifts on top of their 5% off.
- Can I change what's in my refill?
- Of course. Message us before your refill and we'll update the packs.
